Opt-In Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact or volunteer forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from the Elizabeth Accomando for County Commission District 6 campaign. All donations made through this Site are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By making a donation, you confirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, that you are making this contribution with your own personal funds, and that you are not being reimbursed by anyone for this contribution.

Contributions to the Campaign are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The Campaign complies with all applicable campaign finance laws and reporting requirements.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
